Dyna,

Stop, let me help you to soldering the SMD only.

For the broken pad, I will help you to recover.

Possible reason :
1. Your solder iron not enough heat
2. You adding to much "FORCE"
3. Your soldering iron tips like a knife.

You should use "solder wire" form a liquid style (by add heat) and coat on the top of IC.

Don't too much worry.
