2 LDO in series:
Pos : If the input voltage is vary, you may need double LDO to reduce the noise.

Con : Double heat dissipation at 2 LDO.


2 LDO in Parallel:
Pos : Double current, less power dissipation in each LDO. highest performance and low noise.

Con : If the input voltage is vary many, the noise will increase.

KK choose 2 LDO in parallel. (but must be same brand) !!!.

2 or more LDO in parallel can share the heat (power dissipation) of each LDO.

Remember only Linear Technology (LT1085) describe this method, if you using another LM317 (NS, ON, etc), may not work perfectly.
