[quote:ba3ada2ece="Audiolab"]Anyone use MF A3.5!!!
I want to know when the volume control turn to zero. is the specker have
little song???[/quote]
It is normal. No worry. MF is using another way to connect the volume control that can reduce the impact of the variable resistor(volume control) to the sound quality. The drawback is there is a little sound even the volume control turn to zero. A5 is the same.
Review report on A5 in the internet also mentioned that it is a bug. The reviewer seems don't know electronic.
Below is the comment of my friend. You can search it inside Review33
I can bet ten thousand dollars to anyone that the sound of A5 CD player can beat any other $30000 class brands. This is a no regret buy. All my CDs collections sounded much much better. I never heard Teresa Tang voice is so sweet and clear. Even some average recordings CDs are now sound 100% better than before. I was shifting from a Primare D20 CD Player which is already the very best for female vocals.
I also play a lot of classical CDs and believe me, the A5 CD player produces a much wider sound field and details that make classical music listening like the band is in front of you.
I did not change my other equipment. I still use the A3cr pre+power and the ProAc Response 1 Maple wood spks. I use the same Cardis Golden Cross coaxial connection cables.
Trust me, CD music can never be soooo good with A5 CD Player. I dont need to go for SACD anymore. $17000 is not cheap, but worth it.
The only little drawback is the cd caddy drawer when opening, there is a harsh sound because it wasn't being stopped in a soft way.
