Is this the unit yout tried to sell as replacement when I called to tell you the Twins Serenade pre-amp bought from you before Easter($500 and listed also in this website) has mixed, non-labelled 'GE'tubes (3 5654 + 1 6AK5), loosely-mounted volume control and serious hum audible throughout all output levels excess when volume is turned fully clockwise?

How about showing a photo of the volume control of this unit?  I'd like to see if it is as tiny as that in the Serenade?

Have you ever heard of 'after-sale' service?

My appeal to other DIY experts - please advise how the hum problem can be fixed.  This seller refused to look at it except to sell me more expensive products.  Thanks to all those who are willing to assist.

This commercial seller seems to have disappeared from the local hifi market altogether.  The above exchange may explain why.  Similar comments about his business ethics have also appeared in another website (Rxxxxx33). Again, no more listings by him there either.
