The following information just for your reference.

There are TWO major kind in HK.

1. Min QTY, major focus to DIY people and small amount QTY for a company to make a sample board.

2. Mass production, say start from 100K / month. QTY.

I think we focus on item 1.

1. It depends on no. of layer. (1, 2, 3, 4, .... 10)
2. It depends on material, FR2, FR4
3. Silk screen, solder mask.
4. Setup charge (drilling, film, etc)
5. Time of deliverly
6. Size
7. Tin plate, gold plate, immersion gold, etc
8. Thickness (0.3mm to 1.6mm)
9. Thickness of copper plate (1oz to 2oz copper)
10. Open/Short circuit test

Many thing need to consider, so could you fix some varable according to item 1-10, I can give you a approx price on it.

If possible, could you mind send your layout to me

I put it to PCB manufacturer to check the price.

Give you some hint, for 2 or above layer, make 2 pcs is similar to 20 pcs.

Setup charge is a huge amount
