Multisim, Allegro, PsPICE can accept spice data, it is more flexible to enter, i.e. once you have the transfer characteristics (X-Y curve), you can simple transfer to data.
But, for the beginner, use the "ready made" data from library is easy. But only limited to the type show in its library.

I use Allegro and Orcad in my home (legal license) FFT, Bode plot not a 天方夜譚 of the function in mutlisim
反正主題開了不如你介紹多幾個適合DlYer用.例如SwCAD.
