do u take photo after u do the modifiaction? if yes pls post it, easier for us to have a look!
When the speaker on, the woofer's sound wave will cause the whole speaker cabinet to vibrate as well, thus if your coil is not at a fix position it definitely will vibrate. since not photo i can't see your exact situation now. But generall you can fix/hold the position of the coil by using some plaster glue (normally blue or green colour) which people normally use to place something on the wall or the silicon (use for fix aquarium).
if got sparkling sound better check your soldering or connection whether it had tough/short circuit, since your coil is hanging, becareful when it vibrate and touch other component...(if some of ur component very near n loss, when speaker on at loud, vibration increase it me tough then u may heard spark when it touch.... make sure all the connection n soldering is tight....
u place the 0.1 wima at both cap or only the cap for the high frequency? |
