   Any fire or smoke found during the "wrong connection wire" ? How about the relay, still heard the relay turn on/off sound?

Please check the power supply first,

May be ( I say may be), the secondary side fuse broken.

Some audio amp will adding the fuse at secondary side (After the secondary winding)

If you can post the picture to here, that's good.
