Denon 5000 out of oder, Help!

Last year already sent to LOCK MAN for Full Inspection and changed New Laser Head.  Less than 10 times (I seldem use to see DVD) it still can't read a Disk! What's wrong? Don't want to lock man again1 Any Advice, THX v much!

if you like save time and money. bring to Denon.

To damage the laser head, it have several ways.

1. Static location.
2. Very cold / hot area.

I am believe no company (include Denon) can gurantee the reapir (parts) service over 1 year.

You can still take to repair (denon or AVwalkman) but I think they did not gurantee you that the laser head can operate over 1 year. Typically, the repair service only gurantee the parts operate within 3-6 month.

Although my laser head changed for a year and I use it after repared just eight times (I swear within 3 month).  How can I  drop the money to sea like this ways nei.

Furthermore, I find the information on the net.  I know that you have this experience at 2006.  I just want to ask a advice and suggestion.  Because I really like MY denon 5000 and I don't want to through it like this way.

The main point is :
"Last year already", please confirm it is over 1 year or within one year.

If over 1 year or the warantee day is over, no one is wrong.

I mean last year I had already sent My Denon 5000 to LOCK MAN for inspection and changed new laser head.  When I received my denon 5000, it was work! Finally, I used it for eight times and it's still out of order (can't read disk), the period is within 3 months.

Why I don't want to take the lock man again! Because the 5000 is very heavy and I take it by myself.  Furthermore, lock man's location is far from my resident nei!  That's why I don't want to go again!!!


THX! Thereis no advice again!
P.S.  I think I need to go to Gateway to ask the inspection nei!!!

Before send to others for inspection, u may try check your flat cable connection... very frequent the loose connection will cause the problem...
