隔離牛

Hi Everybody
I used 凱韻 2kVA 隔離牛 two years, in this few weeks, the transformer have a noise "ng". The noise is so loud.
Is it need to change the transformer or not (the screw and nut for the transformer is very tigth and I used rubber o-ring)??
If yes, where can I buy the 2kVA 隔離牛and aroud how much..

It is a contactor for switch on or off the transformer

thE transformer is too heavy I think around 15kg
