If your power supply is fully tested by me, and there are no major mistake (like reverse soldering of CAP, Op-amp socket), the DAC atleast have chance 90% sure 1 shot install pass.
If you are using your own components, please make sure it is working condition is good. If any mistake was found, I will stop immediately and you may need to change it to default components, depends on time, may not have enough time to help you trouble shoot of your own components.
I think most of the people will be finish before 5:00PM (if you come at 11:00AM)
We will arrange 2 machine for DAC classmate to listen. (ONLY FOR DAC Classmate). If time is possible, will plug in the SRC...
One is Default and other is upgrade.

I finished the transport and brought home, tested and have following questions :
- since the "disc magnetic catch" has to be pushed lower, pls remind other members the decor platform has to be lower too... so not contact with the disc
- it cannot work with my dac at home, I will bring back to chk
- cannot do "repeat" mode and no display, so are the "shuffle' n "program"
- mine is 終極版, how to set these (可選True16/24 bits out, 44.1Khz, 48kHz, 96kHz, 176.4kHz, 192kHz output)..??
- how to set this ..((用家可用這高階輸出接至閣下已有的192khZ的 DAC 如 AV Amp, Wadia etc. 很多用家封印了具192khZ 的解碼能力多時))..??
- how to set this (( 亦可一試44.1/16 Re-clock 輸出))..??

You need to do the FRONT PANEL job (or at this SAT). Also, you need to soldering the output capaitor or test diff value for diff taste.
A Serveral upgrade can be do, but most components are already soldering on the board, the most possible upgrade is Output RELAY.
If your DAC is fully installed components (without 9 pcs of LM1117 LDO), I believe that you can complete within 4 hour.
15 min for me to test your board, PSU section.
30 min for you to soldering back of 9 pcs LM1117. And 5 pcs of inductors.
15 min for me to test the LDO output.
60 min for you to drill and install the chassics.
15 min for soldering the front panel.
30 min for install the LCD panel in the front chassics.
10 min for DC offset adjustment in HDAM output section.
30 min for wiring (L/R. SPDIF, AC Mains)
10 min for final measurement.

Very detail, sweet, great improvement (30%+) compared with my moded 640C using LM4562 OPA. Although the 1955 pro DAC only using default OPA $1/pc, if changed real OPA627BP, the performance will be ++++++??

2) the USB module which you are working on last time, the connection method seems quite dangerous, no mounting, wiring crossing around, easy to contact with the caps in the DAC PCB, suppose the course will provide some material to mount the USB board on the DAC board safely? need suggestion and solution to solve these problems.
3) The coming SRC module can fit in the case or need hanging outside the case?
