Circuitry and PCB are the same as the MK2 version.  
- Alps blue velvet volume RK27
- TI DIR9001 DAIR chip (very low jitter)
- TI PCM1793 DA chip
- TI PCM2707 USB audio chip
But the following are only in the Anniversary version:
- All Dale mil-spec resistors
- Wima black caps
- Front aluminum panel with engraved text

Modded with:
mini USB DAC MK2
- Professionally made with WBT 4% silver solder (over 30 yrs of soldering experience )
- Black gate caps on digital circuit
- Elna Silmic caps on analogue circuit
- Silver Mica caps next to PCM2707 clock circuit, headphone out circuit
- BC caps used on onboard reservoir
- LME49720HA (metal can) opamps
- Cardas RCA socket for S/PDIF in
- Van Den Hul silver wire for DC in

Originally it uses a cheap power supply at DC15v.  I bought the optional Hifidiy linear power supply for it:
- Double rail dc power supply operating at +15v, -15v.  That means twice the original cheap supply
- R Core transformer
- Soldered with WBT 4% silver solder
- modded with Dale mil-spec resistor
- modded with ultra high speed rectifying diodes ( for AC to DC )
- modded with LME49720 opamp for DC servo control
- modded with Silmic and BC caps.
- Kenwood reservoir caps
